Our hand forged iron products need to be held to be appreciated. We try as best we can to represent our products with honesty about what you will receive. I will try here to answer a few questions and let you know what to expect from us. 

We are an artisan maker. We do not mass produce. Our emphasis is on quality and original designs. We take a lot of pride in our product. If you have a problem we will work with you to  take care of any issues. We routinely confirm details before shipment to avoid issues that require returns. If the mistake is ours we will make it right at our expense. Our products are handmade. They will show signs of the process and sizes will vary slightly.

We try to accurately estimate time on custom request but occasional short delays are possible. We will keep you updated on progress of your order. We require a deposit of 75% on custom orders with the balance due when the item is ready for shipment. Exact shipping charges are determined by size and weight of the finished product and packaging. This is normally only an issue on large items. 

We ship USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested. All shipments are insured. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipper. Shipments are thoughtfully packaged. We will keep you posted on status and dates. 

Local pick up is always available if you prefer. Contact us by email and we will arrange payment with out shipping costs and set up a time for your visit. Some items can be made while you watch. Send us a note and a contact number if possible and we will reserve a time.

We do ship outside the U.S. on request. Contact us with your interest.

We always welcome visitors and are glad to arrange demonstrations for those who are interested. Contact us if you would like to reserve a date. We also hold classes in a variety of life skills. Check back often for notices.
